As usual life has not giving me much creative time.....
I have managed to finish a few projects though,  my Beani Jesters.
They have no names as yet, so if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them, I'm planning to make a few other characters.
And here is the full view of my beani jesters.....by adjusting the plastic pellets inside their bodies I can pose these dolls in different positions.

RECENT MAGAZINES APPEARANCES

I received my copy of Dolls, Bears & Collectables last week, how nice to see my profile on page 14 and my doll Sabine on the cover and as this month's project on page 42. In addition my advert on page 6, just want to point out was designed by my very talented, graphic designer daughter, Stephanie.
A few months ago my Perri, the pincushion was also featured in D,B & C and my Luscious Strawberry appeared in Soft, Dolls & Animals.
I'm planning to make a list of all the projects I have had in magazines over the years, with the magazine name and what issue it appeared in, as a reference to make it easier to find my projects for anyone that is interested.

CHRISTMAS POPPINS

Just completed my Christmas project for this year, I wanted to design some sort of animal ornaments but they turned into cone puppets, there is also a elf amongst them, couldn't resist, anyway I'm pleased with how they turned out.
I am now in the process of writng the pattern..........what do you think?

Also, we have a new addition to the family, my oldest daughter came home with a new kitty a few days ago...............introducing Poppy.
I'm still missing Fluffy very much, he was a cat in a million- see below. (I'm not biased am I?)

THANK YOU & LATEST WORKSHOP

Thank you all who posted comments and well wishes here and on my yahoo groups, for my cat and my latest activities, I appreciate it.

Well Fluffy is definatly doing a lot better, he is still taking medication and I'm hoping the problem completely disappears, I can't believe he is almost his normal, cheeky self.

Other news is Ankara, Queen of the Sky Fairies is now a workshop.

Consists of 5 funfilled lessons- from construction of the body, to applying the paperclay to dressing, embellishing and making the crown and septa and much more.....
This promises to be another exciting workshop that I hope you can join me in.
The workshop starts very soon, please have a peek....

I'm still here

Sorry I have not posted for quite a while, I'm afraid it's usual story so much to do, so little time.
My beautiful cat, my good friend, Fluffy hasn't been well, he spent almost a week in hospital, his bladder was blocked and he has kidney problems, sad to say he will be 13 years old next month. Well he's at home now and hanging in there, let's hope he has a lot more time on this earth.

As for the creative side of things, I finished Ankara, Queen of the Sky Fairies (she finally has a name.........aaay!)
She will be a workshop on www.dollstreetdreamers.com very soon, so keep a look out.
She is 44 cm (17" ) tall and is made of paper clay over cloth.
Her costume is richly embellished with beads, what do you think of her?

Some other great news, my oldest daughter has returned home from her South American holiday, she had a wonderful 7 months but is very happy to be home, I'm glad too.... see past posts for pics.

Between family and other everyday commitments I've been slowly working on my latest fairy as you know, well now she's almost done, I have sewn on more beads to her costume, she has hair but I'm not that happy with her hair yet and her wings are started, want to do more to them, anyway I love the way she's turning out.......

(more wip pics below).
Thank you for all your past support and comments so far.

Now I have to think of a name, any suggestions?
